staying connected: because we care
Skywards IFE is the in-flight AVOD system and service package available on all Wiltshire Airlines aircraft except the Boeing 737-800 (until 2018), BAC-Aerospatiale Concorde (see below), and Beechcraft King Air 350. Many generations of Skywards have been developed for all of our aircraft. Powerport information is also included below.
As our Concorde aircraft is a historic aircraft used for charter flights only, Skywards is not available on board in order to preserve the original cabin of the aircraft. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Skywards I is available on the Boeing 767-300ER and the Airbus A330-300, with a 6" screen in Economy class seats, and a 8" screen in Business and First classes. Audio and video can be played, as well as a selection of games. Powerports are available at every third seat in Economy and every seat in First and Business classes.

Seats A, C, E, G, and K in every row of Economy class are equipped with powerports. Surge protection is not guaranteed, so surge protectors are recommended when using electronics on these flights. In-flight wifi is available for free in first and business class, or a twenty-five pound flat surcharge in economy on all flights, although coverage at high latitudes is not guaranteed.
- Skywards III is available on Boeing 787-8 aircraft, and will be available on the business configured Boeing 777-200LR aircraft arriving in the first quarter of 2018. 7" screens are available in Economy class, 9" screens in business class, and 20" screens in First Class suites. Audio and video can be played, as well as a selection of games. Live TV services are available free of charge on flights longer than four hours in duration. On shorter flights, a fifteen pound surcharge will be applied for live TV services. A USB port is available for passengers to play their own media in the IFE, and powerports are available in all seats in Economy, Business, and First class seats. We have also partnered with Spotify to offer an exclusive onboard music streaming service. In-flight wifi is available for free in first and business class, or a twenty-five pound flat surcharge in economy on all flights, although coverage at high latitudes is not guaranteed.
- Skywards III Lite will be retrofitted onto all Boeing 737-800 aircraft in 2018. 6" screens will be available for Economy class passengers, and 8" screens for Economy Plus class. AVOD services are provided, with a fifteen pound flat charge for live TV services available on intra-Europe routes only. Powerports are available in every seat, but USBs are not available. In-flight wifi is available for a fifteen pound flat surcharge for premium economy and economy classes on all flights, although coverage at high latitudes is not guaranteed.
